The Queen pageant is open to young ladies who live in Macon County regardless of what school you attend, whether you live in town, city or in the country, all are eligible! We want to give you the opportunity to participate!

The 2025 Macon County Fair Queen Pageant is for girls who live in Macon and Piatt Counties between the ages of 16 – 21. To read the rules please download the information and be ready to start making some wonderful and fun memories. It will be an experience that will challenge you, excite you and make you into a strong young lady for today’s world.

We are very excited to announce that the Junior Miss and Little Miss pageants are back!

Little Miss: The little miss pageant is for young girls who are 4 to 7 years old as of June 5th, 2025. The little miss contestants will compete in a 2 minute personal interview with the judges prior to the pageant, an on-stage interview where our reigning Queen Layla will ask each girl two questions on stage, and an evening gown. The newly crowned Little Miss will be an official host of the Macon County Fair and represent Macon County at events throughout her reign alongside her Junior Miss and Miss Macon County Queens.

Junior Miss: The junior miss pageant is for young girls who are 10-13 years old as of June 5th, 2025. The junior miss contestants will compete in a 3 minute personal interview with the judges prior to the pageant, an on-stage question, give a 30-second commercial about their sponsor, and evening gown. The newly crowned Junior Miss will be an official host of the Macon County Fair and represent Macon County at events throughout her reign alongside her Little Miss and Miss Macon County Queens.

Miss: The Miss pageant is for young women who are 16 to 21 years old as of June 5th, 2025 who will not reach their 22nd birthday as of January 1, 2026. The Miss contestants will compete in a 4 minute personal interview with the judges prior to the pageant, an on-stage question, a 1-minute speech on a topic of their choice, swimsuit, and evening gown. The newly crowned Miss will be an official host of the Macon County Fair, represent Macon County at events throughout her reign alongside her Little Miss and Junior Miss Macon County Queens, and represent Macon County in the Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant in January 2026.
